S38 P223 0.8M 10T 8mm Length Pinion Gear for Brushed and Brushless Motors

Pinion Gear in addition with Sun Gear , Planet Gear and  Ring Gear makes the Planetary Gearbox system. The Pinion Gears attaches to the DC Motor and takes High Speed , Low Torque input , which is distributed equallly among all Planet Gears by the carrier and the Ring Gear and increases it’s torque to transfer it to next stage or to the output shaft.

Hence the gear should be made from such a material which can sustain that torque and RPM over prolongated periods.
